Resora charges a monthly management fee for recruitment, employment, payroll, compliance and HR support. Your team member's salary is separate, passed through at cost.

Pricing FAQ

What does the $150/month cover?+

The Compliance Foundation fee (months 1 to 3) covers payroll processing, Insightful time tracker setup, monthly HR check-in, your 90-day free replacement guarantee, and probationary HR support. Salary, government contributions, and HMO are separate.

Is salary included in the management fee?+

No. Salary is agreed upfront based on live Philippines market data and passed through to your team member at cost, zero markup, zero foreigner tax. You pay what the role is worth.

What are the government contribution costs?+

SSS (~4.4%), PhilHealth (~2.5%), and Pag-IBIG contributions are standard Philippine statutory requirements. These are calculated on your team member's salary and passed through at cost.

Is there a lock-in contract?+

No. If the hire is not the right fit within the first 3 months, Resora replaces them at no extra cost. There are no lock-in terms.

How is Resora different from Deel or Remote?+

Deel and Remote are legal wrappers only, $950 to $1,100 per person per month, no recruiting, no ongoing HR management. Resora recruits, employs, and manages, all three, from $150/month.

What is the free replacement guarantee?+

If your hire is not working in the first 3 months, Resora sources a replacement at no extra cost. On the Scale Premium plan, the replacement guarantee is unlimited.

Does HMO cost extra?+

Yes. Health insurance (HMO) is not included in any Resora plan. It is available at additional cost, Resora can advise on current market rates during your strategy call.
